Always one of my favorite singers. I was lucky enough to see her perform years and years ago at the Troubador Club in LA. She was brilliant. The crowd was breathless while she sang. Magic.
The NYT video was actually deliberately shot to be her "oral obituary". Befitting. Very beautiful tribute.
